It's done by the same company as P90X, so that was a good guess. Some things I like about the program:
- The workouts are fast moving. Even during the second 4 weeks when the time increases from about 45 minutes to 60 minutes, the workout still seemed to go fast.
- No outside equipment is needed. I like that I didn't need weights, pull-up bars, etc.
- It is a REALLY good workout. When I was trying to decide if I wanted this program or not, I read a lot of reviews. Some people complained that it was too hard. I feel like it pushed me, but I could easily adapt exercises I couldn't do until I was able to.
We have one week left. Trevor's excited. I'm planning on continuing to use the DVD's in addition to some running. Hopefully the weather warms up enough that the running part can happen soon!

It is always good to get new workout ideas. I pretty much just run so maybe I will try this!
Hello-
I recently came across your blog and wanted to reach out to you in hopes of you posting about an event that we're particularly excited about at Primrose Schools.
I have an article/event that I would like to submit that is about dancing and how it relates to fitness. Primrose Schools is hosting a Dance Off competition (with proceeds going the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals) for families and I think it is something you and your readers would enjoy!
I look forward to hearing from you!
Thank you,
Emily Patterson
